Sizing details
Due to the nature of natural wood and the process of milling natural wood, please be aware that your product dimensions can vary between 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch from the product description and grain pattern will vary. To ensure that there is a minimal amount of waste on these natural wood products, natural deformations inside these wood such as crack, checks, and knots will be filled with black or white resin. This is due to the making process of using natural materials.

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from item delivery to ship the item(s) back to the seller. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, please save the item and all the packaging. Photos must be provided of damaged item and packaging for insurance claim. In the case of shipping damage, item will be replaced or refunded in full. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items with custom engraving are not accepted, but please contact me if you have problems with your order.
