Orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the condition they left the shop.
Processing Time
Most items are made to order.
Processing times will vary depending on the project, but you will receive a clear timeline at the time of purchase or project approval.
Orders ship once the piece is complete and ready.
Shipping Method
At this time, all orders are shipped through USPS using reliable services such as Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are determined by USPS and are estimates once the package is in their hands.
Blackwood Craft Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once the item has been shipped, but I will help track and support any issues if they come up.

Blackwood Craft Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If a package is lost in transit, I will work with USPS to help locate it and determine next steps.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for certain orders. Details will be arranged directly after purchase.

As Blackwood Craft Co. grows into larger furniture builds, shipping options will expand to include freight delivery for larger pieces.

Built with Intention
Every piece from Blackwood Craft Co. is made with care, and in many cases, made specifically for you.
Because of that, returns are handled differently than mass-produced items.
Custom Orders
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Once materials are purchased and work has begun, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Each build is created specifically for your request, and cannot be restocked or resold.
Non-Custom Items
For ready-made items (non-custom), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
This allows me to file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as work has not begun.
After that window, cancellations may not be possible due to material purchases and time already invested.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Wood is a living material.
Variations in grain, color, knots, and movement over time are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed, but if there’s an issue, reach out and I’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
